Your particular Coca Cola "Hobbleskirt" Bottle is considered somewhat common/abundant and valued at about $7.00 in mint condition. The makers mark on the side ... which I am assuming looks something like this ...

10 <(I)> 51

... stands for the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. and made at their plant #10 in Newark, Ohio. The 51 is for 1951 when it was made.
