I use sand and dish washing liquid. Shake it real good. You may have to let it soak for a while if it is really dirty. I tried using bb's once but they cracked the bottle.

I can't think of the name. They advertise it for Cleaning Shower Heads,
of calcium deposits.

CLR? Stands for calcium,lime and rust.The sand trick works pretty good.

Yes CLR is what I was thinking of.

Of course, I'd try it in something Disposable First,
if you try it. in case it Whitens the Glass.
