found 2 bottles digging for a pool

how do i clean them? they are crusty, one is a "consumption" bottle, and the other is not marked.
they are so cool and I want to display them, but do not know how to get all the dirt and debris from inside the bottle.

I use sand and dish washing liquid. Shake it real good. You may have to let it soak for a while if it is really dirty. I tried using bb's once but they cracked the bottle.

CLR? Stands for calcium,lime and rust.The sand trick works pretty good.

Yes CLR is what I was thinking of.

Of course, I'd try it in something Disposable First,
if you try it. in case it Whitens the Glass.

Somebody told me once to use Denture Cleaning Tablets! I guess you put them in water then pour it in the bottle!
