Can you tell me where these were bottled at?
Hi,
I have two old Coke bottles and one old Pepsi bottle and am wondering how I can tell where they what city they were bottled at? I am adding pics if I can remember how of the bottles bottoms and sides. Thanks for any help in finding out where they were bottled. There is much on either of the coke bottles. The Green one has what looks like an F and a dot on the bottom and 1944 on the side. The clear bottle has I think a 16 and an 8 or a B on the bottom and 1946? on the side. I have no idea what the symbol between the 19 and the 46 is. The Pepsi bottle I think is from New York, at least I was able to make out New York on the sides faded paint. The bottom has the PAT number a symbol in the middle and 2. Any help identifying where they were bottled would be awesome as I want to categorize them as I find them. Its about all I have time for here on Guam as my metal detector is in storage in the states. :-( But I do love the old bottles they are fun to find.
THANKS EVERYONE!
I LOVE TO DIG
