Best guess, mid to late 19th century wine bottle.

There are no mold lines because it was blown in a "turn mold', mid to late 19th century is right... What's a Turn Mold you ask?

I found a couple of wine tops and bases that look exactly like that in a pit that had a mix of pontil'd and non-pontil'd bottles. My guess at the age of the pit was late 1850's to mid-1860's. The lack of a pontil mark on your bottle and the extremely crude lip seem to support such an age range.

Most of the bottles I dig up are from a dump that dates to the mid-1890's and we don't find anything this crude in that dump!

I would say 1850's - 1870s for the crudeness of the applied shear top.
