I assume this is a 16 oz coke bottle, no label, no markings....but what is this dot code on the bottom and this maker mark? I found it on my beach, don't suppose it is old but also don't know how to date it. Any help appreciated.

I'm wondering if it's a coke from a foreign country.
or Generic . Perhaps had a paper Label

no I'd say not real old,

unless it's the camera, It doesn't have the Classic Waist curves

Or Lines

But that's My opinion

...yeah, the waist is curved but not that much. the color seems right but the blank spot for the label seems a bit high too...how about those markings?

The markings Stump me but do look like a date code :dontknow:
I'm leaning more towards trying to cash in on the Coke trade
by looking like it, without actually Counterfeiting.

Although I doubt glass, I wonder what the Bottles under these special Cokes look like

Hey unclemac,

It's a Mexican Coke.
vitro.jpg
"V (stylized V trademark, as pictured)…………Vitro Corporation, Monterrey, Mexico. A modern mark seen on many glass containers imported into the US. The mark may be indistinct, and usually appears as merely a group of 3 triangularly-shaped raised dots or bumps. (See picture at bottom of this page:

"V, actually a highly stylized ‘V’ logo, which typically looks like a group of 3 small triangularly-shaped raised “spots” or “bumps“………………….Vitro Corporation, Monterrey, Mexico. This mark is seen on huge numbers of recent bottles imported into the United States, including soda bottles as well as many other types of glass containers."
