BREV. BOLLA pics

here are the pics of the 2 bottles found by the river the other day
1st pic is of the brev bolla has lettering on its face dont know if its legible in the pic?
2nd pic is of the wine (?) bottle
3rd pic is the base of the wine(?) bottle
the wine bottle hasa unique base and wont stand upright either(perhaps it was once wrapped in wicker?
any help in identifying thees will be appreciated
