    Glass Ball

Please help to identify this glass ball I found in 1969 in an old bottle dump. The ball is approximately 16" in diameter and half filled with water. It appears to have been put together in 3 sections.

    Thank you

16" is a bit large for an extinguisher - largest I've seen was about 6". Maybe one of those garden decorations they used to set up on a tall pedestal?

Definatly a fish net float... quite collectible in the antique circuit. 16'' inches is a nice display size.
