Epackage, i see a lot of these bottles (broken) where i've been hunting. Any ideas as to who the manufacturer is?

After a little research on the area I believe the later half of the date range is correct

Yeah I have some much older pontiled bottles (mostly broken) that are almost sloppy.
The "black" olive green glass variety ... British and Spanish.
