No marks unfortunately. There appears to be a three piece seam that run like pizza wedges on the bowl part. Can't see any seems on the legs. Just a lot of ornate design patterns and the thousand eye design for the underside of the bowl. Any value on something like this fully cleaned? What was it used for? I know stuff like this is hard to id without markings which is why Im here on treasurenet stumped as ever.

Is this flint glass by any chance ?it's hard to tell by the pics.
