Still trying at the dump I've been going at for a little while now and despite many old shards it continues to disappoint me with the ages of whole pieces. But if you're gonna find ABM, at least it's half decent right? Today I found three figural containers: a ground lip revolver, a Santa going down the chimney (just in time for Christmas), and a radio which says TUNE IN. Also got a cool but broken insulator. I'm probably gonna go back tomorrow for longer and I'll let you guys know of my success (or lack thereof). Thanks for looking!

Not a bad day. I like the figurines, esp the Santa. Finding ABM is better than nothing at all. We can't control what's there, all we can do is find the locations and dig them.

Thanks guys. Yeah it was still fun to be out there and dig. Unfortunately the Santa is beat up and has a piece out of it so it probably won't go anywhere but be displayed.

I really like what you found! Unlike many of the bottle people here, I'm more of an all-purpose dump-digger, and enjoy finding anything at all that speaks to the time it was used-- and discarded. I love all of it- each piece- Thanks for the show! (I'm hoping I'll begin to find more than rusted out cans and pop bottles... :tongue3: ) HH! Yakker

Thanks yakker! I have similar feelings and have a ton of "go-withs" in my bottle display which help represent the time. Good digging!
