there are no marks on the bottom so is would be hard to pinpoint the glass house . it looks like from the 1920s . It may be a perfume that sat on a vanity or something . is it hand blown?

It looks like modern art glass. But with the high level of surface wear on the base, it looks like its got good age. The pics are deceiving, it looks like the spout is ground for a stopper, and if so it's a decanter of some type. Too big to be a perfume.
