Beer bottle from the company, they went into business in 1907, owned by by Eranious Rice. Rice was born in Butler County PA on August 13, 1852, he was the son of Samuel and Mathilda Rice. He married Mary Blank in 1874 and they had nine children[FONT=Open Sans, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif]. H[/FONT]e came to Cleveland in 1881 and worked for the Fischel Brewing Co. before becoming director of the Cleveland & Sandusky Brewing Co., then started his own brewery. They remained in business until 1921....
