Tide and time were perfect today, so I decided to hit the beach for a quick dig after work..nothing spectacular, only real embossed bottle was the Empire City Bottling blob..

Thanks..it cleaned up pretty good, got most of the flaking off..supposedly two diggers from Paterson with the initials JJ and TL..also have dug at this location. .so I have been told. .lol

You couldn't imagine how many bottles are here, from Congress water to pontiled black glass....its a big beach, plenty for all

the north east is one big dump. I miss just walking in to a woods or a long a creek and all ways finding something . Down here in Ga . there were few people and less trash , people were poor and keep things till they were wore out.

The whole 1800'story time period, everyone was poor to some extent...just there was more of them in the North east
