Yesterday I found myself at the Ocean Grove postcard show. Beneath a table filled with paper documents laid a couple boxes of bottles. Inside I found 3 local blobs, a Belmar milk, and THIS.

C.C Haley is one of the biggest bottling names in Newark; however, these patent blobs were a very short run. The stopper is patented as the Haley stopper and occurs only on his bottles. On top of all of this, his product was "Celebrated California Pop Beer". How much better can it get!!

Special thanks to Glenn V for bringing bottles!

Thats a nice bottle. Almost looks like a hutch blob hybrid.

Thanks Goldenplug and Bass!

Yea the bottle looks like a cross between a blob, hutch, floating ball stopper bottle, and a cathedral pickle all wrapped together!
