On this date 100 years ago, November 16, 1915, Coca Cola was granted the patent for the hobbleskirt Coca Cola bottle. This patent was a game changer in the soda industry and it set Coca Cola apart from the competitors. Even in the dark, there would be no question when you held it that it was a Coca Cola.
