This past weekend I was out detecting an old site when I got a decent target. I cut the plug and was surprised to see this beautiful bottle in the hole as well as a very nice square nail. :tongue3:

Any info on the bottle or if it's rare or valuable would be greatly appreciated. Thanks image.jpeg image.jpeg

Wow awesome save I've never come across anything like that with my etrac. I'd say that's worthy of the banner. Please post some more pics I would love to see the base.

Wow, this is like when jgas found that Dr. Kilmers when he was pluggin' out a signal. This is like, waaay crazier though. A Royal Schnapps potentially worth a grand or more? Holy cow, unbelievable.

Voted banner.

Posted the bottom yesterday but doesn't have any natural light. I'm not home now but can get more tomorrow.

That would be great if you don't mind. It's a good bottle, even with the lip damage. Epackage was spot on last night. I don't know what your intentions are to do with it, but you hit a home run when you dug this one up.
Guys and girls, we need to vote this thing banner. The story is there, he kept it short and sweet and found it while digging a nail. Good enough for me. I know we don't get a lot of banner finds in the glass dpmt so we should push this one through without any problem. Congratulations on a really good find. You need to wrap that lip up with something to keep from chipping more.
