Royale Deluxe Chambord Liqueur Bottle Date??

I was asked today to find info on this bottle. I found out that the manufacturer goes back to the 1600's from Google research. The base marking intrigues me, could that possibly be the bottle creation date?? Any info is much appreciated!!

Cool bottle! It's not super old though, the glass part anyway. Those bottom numbers might mean something as far as the date goes (maybe 1979?), but yeah the bottle, the glass part itself, is quite modern.

I put one of those in the attic of a house we remodeled in Victor Colo . Not sure of the exact age of yours , But I don’t think it’s 1879 , is the top of the neck ground ? Is the banding brass ?
