Latticed glass bowl... Could it be Steuben?

I've recently purchased this item. I think it might be a Steuben glass latticed basket as this is the only manufacturer of this type of item (that I know of). It is approx. 9.5 inches high by 15 inches diameter at the widest point. It's got a ground pontil at the base. Could anyone give me any information on this?
