Nah, keep it forever. Granny did a lot of canning back in the early to mid 50's, used a whole lot of them. Nostalgic times...

I save ones I don't have, they sit in a small pile, not sure what Ill do with them but thinking Ill make a display for them...

Drill hole and make wind chimes is a thought.

That's a good idea. Depending on how many you have, you could make a small table with a raised wood border, set the lids in tile adhesive, then grout. Of course, you'd need a wet saw to cut the ones along the edge.

Ya never know what types are in those piles. Some sell for decent amount. Collect them up and do a lot sale or craft items. If there are lids there are bottles lurking around. Keep on digging!!! Jgas.
