Whiskey bottle, somewhere between the very very late 1930s and 1950s. Cork and seal cap, moving that wire up and down tightens/loosens the cap.

Other than that, just read the label! Looks like you've got the brand, distillery, and location right on there.

Cool find! I've never hunted a barn before.
