I agree that it's a modern decorative piece.

though I Have to defer to epackage on it Being "Pier 1" as I can't find a Similar design.
I Do agree it's made to be set around, and filled with whatever.{air,Bourbon,Wine,Colored water :dontknow:)

If it were a Liquor brand or other it would either have the Brand etc. Embossed on it, or a Flat place for a Sticker

I don’t know about Pier 1 Imports, but I agree it’s a modern bottle. I believe it’s by Bormioli Rocco, an Italian company (now trading as (Bormioli Luigi SpA) and one of the world’s leading suppliers of tableware and glassware for the home.

This is from their ‘Country Home’ range, as an oil/vinegar bottle with a capacity of 720ml, and currently available over here (new) from ‘Cooking Life’ for the equivalent of about $9 US:

If you look at the detail they are similar but not identical which leads me to believe that the one I posted maybe vintage style that was copied? ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1626017122.418121.jpg

The bottle I showed is the one they produce TODAY, but that doesn't mean the design hasn't subtly changed over time. In fact Bormioli have been in business since 1825, but the switch to producing largely household goods came after a series of acquisitions during the 1980s.
