    1842 1/2 dime

    sitting around tonight bored so i thought i would show a nice 1/2 dime i found in a plowed up soy bean field here in nj.this is one of several i found in this field.

    I would be thrilled to find such a coin, nice going. As far as the cleaning thing goes, that's your call. It's tough to know what you have without getting the crud off isn't it? I guess if it were a million dollar coin it might be different, but half the fun is seeing what you found. Again, nice find.
