scored some bottles recently and just from lookin this seems the most interesting.im excited to find this.been on the net and found out a lot about history but not valu.on a coin or comic or something u can look it right up in a book.perhaps ill Get a book fromthe library.it took a lot of cleaning to get it as u see it.yes its complete has no chips or cracks that i could see.im really interested in this one .ALTERATIVE yeah u bet.full of opiates.alcohol and someother coal tars and stuff that were later found to be poisonous. yeah i bet it would ALTER U.BOTTLE READS ; Dr D JAYNES ALTERATIVE 84 CHEStSt PHILA.just over 7 1/4 tall.ill order a valu guide from the lib takes a week or 2.if anyone has a bottle valu guide and can give an idea i be grateful and thanx in advance

You have a good eye for bottles....I have one to and I think it looks great in my collection, I also have other varieties of Jaynes bottles. Cool affordable medicine bottles.
