Someone know the response/recovery time for the BH 505 and LS?

Greetings all. I'm new to this forum and hobby and I'm almost ready to buy my first detector. Just trying to get get some last minute info so that I will buy the right machine. I recently read a post by a knowledgeable hobbyist saying that one or more of the bounty hunter models had received a circuitry upgrade in 2004 resulting in faster recovery/response time. Does this upgrade include the pioneer 505/LandStar? I can't find even a single reference to the recovery/response time for the 505/LandStar on the net. I know that the discovery 3300/Legacy 3500 has poor recovery/response, but I'm hoping that the 505/LandStar is faster. Thank you very much for your help.

I have the Land Star and I love it. The respons/recovery is not bad at all considering it's not a "top of the line" machine.
