Anyone ever use a Whites coil on there BH since it has the 6.59khz frequency.

I was just wondering if this would make the BH any better on depth, or pick up any speed on recovery as signal going over target.
Some people say there is a lapse in the sound of the signal, but then it is remarked that they are going to fast.
Just picked up a Land Star, a 48 inch Gold King sluice, and a Garret pan for $100.
I think I would need an adapter to match the pins.

How about any coil that has about the same frequency,or if you ever used an adapter to use a name brand coil.
You mean no one has tried this?
I guess I will be the first.
