Any push in coil off a 7.7khz detector will work.....Land Ranger Pro...older F5.

Most vendors will carry them.

Or you can buy an adapter. Search Ebay for "Cors coil adapter"....then any Greek 7.7khz coil will work with the screw on adapter. (Delta/Gamma/Omega)

Sweet, thanks a million! I can get a platinum for 80 bucks. Hard to pass it up, but I'd just want a different coil on it.

I use the Cors Fortune (same as the Nel Sharpshooter), and I really like it. It has good separation, good depth, and is very solid. It's not too big, or too small. I strongly recommend it.

I did an eBay search for the cors. Showing coils for bounty hunter machines but the platinum is not listed under it. Do you know a part number that will work on this machine? I'm not seeing a frequency listing on the page either.

Ever headed out this way to hunt send me a pm. Got another member on here I hunt with too. Hunting alone gets old. I guess can be dangerous at times too...

Thanks for the invite! I'd like to venture out and hunt some other areas sometime. I've been hunting locally just for convenience of less travel time. I have a link to the coil for the Platinum, I just have to find it.
