My old classics, Professional is alot of fun and I have used it alot the past couple weeks.
Has a 6 inch coil.

The 550-D works great and with a 6 inch coil is fun but I wish it had a ground control. Has discrimination.

TR-840 VLF/TR has a ground control, discrimination and 8 inch coil. Fun again to search for whatever you can find.

I enjoy using my old BFO sometimes too, just something about that motorboat beat.

They are still good units. I can't use them anymore at my age. I had a Garrett Master Hunter XIII about 10 years ago. After about an hour or two hunting, I had to drink my beer with my left hand. Wore me out.
