I sent Garrett my atpro on thursday 6 of march.priority mail and the received it Monday the 10th.I had a crack in the clear plastic shield on the front of the controls, so my worries where that it wouldn't be water proof,also it was my fault not a defect so I thought there would be a charge.Well I got home today wed 16th and here it is.Now they didn't charge me anything plus they put a new coil on it.My warranty runs out in July so I am very pleased.I always heard that there services was second to none and now I no for my self.I live in ma so it isn't down the street.This is not a add either caues let me tell you I openly expressed my con's with the atpro until I didn't have it and borrowed a unit to use from a friend, witch it was supposed to be compared to.I don't want to name the brand its not about that.Just want to add I'm so SIKED to have my atpro back, thanks again Garrett.
