The "thing" (whatever it is) smacks of fraud from start to finish. At least one thing is real, I'm sure: there's someplace to send your money and kiss it goodbye.
If someone out there in beeperlandia has some reason to believe that the apparatus pictured actually exists and can be purchased and is more or less what the manufacturer (if there even is a manufacturer) says it is and does more or less what they say it does, they're welcome to dispute me and to set the record straight.
