I have an ATP for general use and a Sea Hunter II for salt water use and many of good finds with both. Have not used the ATP at the beach yet but what I read you wil have to lower the ground balance below 40.
I've taken mine to the beach twice. Gb gets down low, as low as 12-15 some places, and as high as 35-50 in others, and anywhere in between. You just have to experiment and find what setting works at the beach and location of that particular beach. Dry sand vs wet, hard packed or fluffy etc. Good luck and HH

I had a feeling it was too good to be true! Well When I get it, I'll tell you guy's how well it performs. Or if it turns out to be a POS!!
