Finally found time to upload some pics,

The mark on the back makes me think its older, but I dont know.

Oh yea i forgot to add its huge. Its about 1-1/8"

It looks to be about WWI. They did not start using the Great seal buttons until 1902. WWI they had a rimless button later ones have a raised rim around the edge.
