I would appreciate some help in confirming if these are reproductions. I did read that the Waterbury co changed to co's in 1940s and that it does have the mark co's on the back of the eagle button.

My experience with repro's is that they are cheap. I doubt they would have gone through the effort of marking the back side with the makers name. Needless to say, there are always exceptions. Good luck
