Flat button I.d. needed

I recently found this button in an are that was occupied during the 18th a centuries & I would like to know the approximate time period it was made during. There are no visible markings on the front. There are no maker's marks on the back, only the design that is visible in the second picture.

probably 1830s or earlier....going to be difficult without a maker's mark on back. Also helps to have relative size. Try this site....http://www.daacs.org/wp-content/uploads/buttons.pdf starting on pg. 8
