After a little break, I've been getting back out to do a little digging again. I found this the day before yesterday in a football field that had new dirt brought in not too long ago. There seems to be a fair amount of controversy on whether or not its pre or post CW. The bench mark is .HORSTMAN BROS & CO. PHIL no "a" after PHIL. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I guess the people around here (small town outside of Charleston)are right... you never know what you'll find. LOL I had just stopped at the park for a couple hours as I do somewhat frequently to look for clad and jewelry after work.
