    finders keepers? eastern european laws

    any legal eagles out there who would know about the treasure trove laws in romania, i,e if i found a forgoten and lost (apart from a friend of mine) sizable fortune buried in an old cave would i have to declare it to the very strict authorities and loose it all or run away in the night to keep it?
