I think it is a very nice cache.

I will walk out on a limb here and hope I do not fall off.

I believe both pictures are of the same woman, the first picture (top one)
is when she was much younger --to me the first picture--is much older and shows alot of wear from being handled over the years.

Anyone who can locate and recover a mule load of treasure is a professional in my book.

A wise man will see Real de Tayopa found two treasures.

Real,
I thought you once mentioned that you had the help of a Gardiner 190 metal detector with
the large 36 inch loop on that cache. I have a 190C with the large 36 inch loop.
How deep was the cache? Just curious!
Thanks,
Rich

My good friend Real de Tayopa is one of the few with actual large cache experience. That is indeed his Beautiful wife.

Real has hit something he can talk about. If it is large and in this country,
most won't talk about it or even hint about it.
I can show you a very rich silver vein I located, but it is in a Wilderness area,
so it is unrecovable. Since I didn't make any money, I don't owe the IRS
or anyone else. However, just for the record, I located it with an LRL from
2 miles away.

Ladies and gentlemen: I have been away checking on some mining properties for her company. Yes the large coil is from a Gardner 190, the 8 mule trainloads were about 1 meter deep in the banks of an arroyo in the sand. The picture shows my share, one mule load.

They had stopped the mules, dug a hole then simply cut the leather containers and let the coins fall into the hole.

I might add that the basic location was found by a fire He he he

Yes, both pictures are of my wife, the first shows her before I fattenend her up, the second is after we were married following a 3 year full formal, old Spanish, courtship, complete with bans promenade's, serenades duennas etc..

As my very good friend Dr Flores said, "get em young, and train em right, ?? somehow that didn't work out in my case?? I think that he forgot something?

I thank all that commented on my wife.

This was originally posted for Mud in chat, since he couldn't receive a normal picture.

Treasure finder, do you have the tuning instructions on your 190C?

Now you got the discussion started " located by a fire" or treasure aura, light etc.
The following comments should be interesting.....

Hi again Real
On the Gardiner 190C I have the manual somewhere around here, but I can't
find it. Th e tuning on the pulltab discriminate is out of whack and I kind of
quit using it, updated detectors. I can tune it to use it, but I don't know which
pots to tune etc., to make that part work again. I worked on microwave radios
in the Army, but I never tried working on the Gardiner and I don't have a
schematic if that is what you mean. About a year ago I was given the 36 inch
loop, I should try it out. I also have a Garret Infinium and a Maxi-Pulse with
a 36 inch loop, I figure those two are what to use on deeper targets.
And yes, I believe in "treasure lights" and dowsing works for me.

HIO: Evening my friend Dr Flores, fires are a fascinating subject. I know of several that have resulted in treasures being found, and two of my favorite treasure stories being found by them due to my putting the trip off, sigh.

Need to drown my sorrow catching Rainbow Bass.

Hello Joseph,

I too agree with the lights as you already know. I will hopefully get out on the field in a week as I just arrived down south. Getting all the toys ready and batteries charged.

I am still waiting for you to do some peacock bass fishing. The plane is ready to fly.

Hope things are going well for you.
