    Suggestions??

There's an old house by me that is owned by The Nature Conservancy. I've tried time and time again to get permission from anyone there usually with no answer back from them. The house is for sale. I've tried the realtor and all he tells me is that they say no.
How do you get permission, or do I have to wait until they sell it? It's been for sale for a few years now.

Ask the person here (703) 841-5300) for the person who controls the sale of the property, then make your pitch to that individual. Have a good reason (other than plunder), like historic or educational or share-the- goodies reason why you want permission. Once permission is gained, tell the broker the name and phone number of the person who gave you the permission, to avoid an adverse encounter with the broker or the authorities.
    Don.......
