I have been looking into this for quite a while. Not much luck though. Are you talking about the Fitness guru,MacFadden?

He also has stashes all over America. Also the Ouachita Mountains is a huge area,some of it is private property. The people watch outsiders closely. I suspect it is on public land.

Key in his name on google. Lots of information. I learned about him through the books of Karl von Mueller. Don't remember which one.

He supposedly had caches in about every state. It is one of those long-shots. But you never know
