A hoard is a major find, usually buried BC.
A stash is a minor find, usually some item buried by Frank Sinatra.
A cache is usually money (more than $51) found accidently while metal detecting.
A big ticket is an amount of money (more than $10,000) that is constantly being searched for.
A little ticket is by far the most likely to be found ($20 - $90) usually on a beach.

I hope that is helpful.

Are you pulling his leg?
I never found a cache ACCIDENTALLY while detecting.
Actually, forget all those words, make it simple, just use the word cache for all of them.
