Can a Garrett 350 Ultra have a box made to detect a cache?

I have a Garrett 350 just sitting around. I was wondering if anyone had tried to make a two box coil rig to detect a cache. I would like to make some use for it. I imagine the output would need to be amped up. Anyone try it? I am going to buy a treasure hound soon since I have found some good leads on two lost gold caches in the the central PA region. One location was misspelled in books for years. Possibly intentionally. The Rebels passed through my old stomping grounds on their way to Gettysburg. I just realized that my uncle owns one of the farms that was used as a camp. I doubt I need a box for that area, but still would like to tinker with it since it is collecting dust.

I don't know about converting your Garrett to a two box machine, but a buddy of mine has found all of his caches with a standard metal detector...ie White's Eagle, Spectrum & XLT

All of these were less than 3' deep. Anything deeper and you probably will need a two box.
