There is a large contingent of Md'ers in Southern Cal. All you have to do is to go to the beach at 3:30-4:00 A.M. HHHH

Anaheim here, and yes there are a lot of us in the O.C. I might be going nugget busting at Ord mountain or Yucca Valley next week. depending on rain. I don't run with any clubs. Detecting is best done with a partner or solo. The ONLY thing good about a club is that most of them have claims that have been hunted to death. Do you want forty people knowing where the gold is or just two people. But if you are looking too do beaches and parks then a club is going too be great for you. As for myself I only go to the beach if I am surfing.
