New Bay Area dude

Hey everyone,
Just found this site. Posted an intro on the main forum. My 6yr is really excited about gold panning. Went up to Jamestown and had some found on a 2hr guided day. Now he wants to do it again. Wanted to introduce myself, and seem what hints you all might have. I live in Walnut Creek/Concord area. Looking forward to hearing from some of you, and maybe seeing out in the field.

Not many prospectors on this forum. Mostly coin/relic/jewelry guys. But if you attend the Sacramento area club meeting, you're sure to meet a lot of prospector (nuggets, panning, etc....) buffs.
