Just curious to know and would like to read different opinions before making a decision. Ten dollars wont break me,but I dont like to throw away money either,lottery tickets are probably more odds.

Hi Stefen and others. About the California Gold Hunt.

Regardless of whether the contest passes the sniff test for you and others on the board, the bottom line is that if we don't get the required number of players (about 500 in this case), then we'll simply refund the entry fee and call it a day.

We've already given away $5,000 with the first Hunt, but if the second one doesn't pay for itself, then it won't happen.

So I guess the message is....if you're waiting until the 3rd or 4th or 5th Hunt to play...there may not be a 3rd, 4th or 5th hunt.

I hope you'll join and tell your friends...because if we only get 10 people playing...there just won't be a game.
