My little Chevy II with a 6 cyl motor out ran many a V8. I used pop up pistons, a high lift cam and my own inovations, to build a high horsepower engine that would lift the front end off the ground over a foot. I'd come out of turn #4 doing over 110 MPH, in front of the grandstand, my wife said that I was running so close to the guard rail that sparks would be flying. LOL
