My old school amx that I've since added a rear spoiler to. This was a barn find for me in '2000. I've gotten used to the "check out the nova!" comments.

Saw an AMC Rebel at a show last summer, had the vacuum operated ram-air setup, and I think maybe a hood tach. I'll get a pic next time.

There was someone around here that drove a green AMX or Javelin. I just remember the 390 lighting up like it was headed to the moon.

Awesome! I sold my last classic in 2001 (67 barracuda)and now with kids ,wife house payments ect . I can't afford one but everytime I see one I get the fever!!

Wow that is a beautiful car! Has it got the 390 or 401? I had a 1990 Jeep Wrangler that I put an AMC 401 in! You can only imagine the fun!

Sweet ride! My uncle had one just like it. Had a 401 with a roller, rocker.
Couldn't hear yourself think when you rode in it!
It was stolen in the mid 70's, never recovered..
I had a 70 cuda, 383 mag, 4 speed.
Sold it in 1978 for 500 stinkin' dollars AARRGGHH!!!

Beautiful car, loved that body style. My friends brother-in- law had a red '69 AMX-390, he had these
real nice California spinners mags & it gave all the big block muscle cars a run for the money. Nice.
