Bear or pig eating a bird? Any ideas?

Carved from one solid piece of cold, hard, heavy stone. Any ideas on what is it, where and when it originated from?

Like the other statue that you posted, this looks sort of neolithic or later Chinese to me. But hard to say, a lot of those are really hard to photograph in a way that illustrate the animals clearly. Might be a dragon if there are exaggerated "eyebrows" above the eyes.
