    got my doubts

    found in resaca ga. but about 100 yards from where they do reactments.can someone help with this.

    Welcome to the T-NET.
    Did you clean it up,because the brass shines like a modern piece.I found a Bayonet Scabbard close to a battlefield in Va.
    I just about fell over dead,until I realized that it wouldn't be in that good of shape if it has been there for 145 years.Mine
    was a repo from a reenactment held a few years ago.
    But I hope that you find out that yours is real.Congrats
