    Is this a C.W. pipe?

Hi everyone... while arrowhead hunting along the Potomac River in Virginia, I found this sticking out of a large chunk of clay, about a foot into the water. I have found tons of pipe fragments and stems but this one has letters " T.D." on it. Do any of you know the age? I assume it came from England. Thanks for looking and stay safe.

After searching the internet, I have learned that this pipe was made in Scotland by the company, "McDougal of Glasgow". They m made these pipes from the early 1800s all the way up to the 1960s.
