Hello guys. I dug this what I thought was a watch fob the other day at a site where I have found some Civil war relics. It looks to be like a badge or medal in the shape of a 4 leaf clover. Here is where it gets interesting. It says State of Louisiana , but in the middle there is a seal. It has a bird, with a set of scales above it and the word Justice . I looked it up and found a picture of the Confederate state of Louisiana seal. It looks like what is on this item. Here is a link to the picture I found. http://www.civilwardocs.com/index.ph...roducts_id=211
Here is a picture of the item.
You will see the bird wings, above the wings in the center is the scales and you will see the ST of Justice. I know it is old I just want to know how old and what it may be.
Here is the video of me digging the find
At the end of the video you will see a really good picture of the item. Let me know if you guys know what it is. Thanks zaxfire69

Re: State of Louisiana Clover shaped object Need ID
Are they 4-H related items maybe?
You should post this in "What is it?" NOT the CW section. It won't get seen here, and the item is not CW age. I would imagine it is 1940s or 50s.
