It looks like a Regiment of Artillerists, 3rd Regiment button dating between 1811-1813. It is AY 34B on pages 51-52 in Albert's button book.

It doesn't list quantities.but, it does list "relative values". Your button has an RV of 20 which is pretty good compared to other US buttons. But, most CS buttons have an RV between 50 and 100. Also, this book was first printed in 1977 so it is not the most up to date reference out there. Still, most newer references base a lot of their info on this book. It's a good one to have if you can find it.
